With the proximity to the rail line at Bundy and Olympic, the recent zoning change from R1 single family to R3 has changed the development landscape of the neighborhood. Three major development across the street from the site has broken ground with 621 units combined.
The project will contain 4 residential units plus an attached ADU in the back building which is anticipated to break ground in February 2024.
